Miss K Neer
Learning Assistant

I was born and raised in Bainbridge, Ohio, a small town near Cleveland. By the end of High School I was anxious to explore a new place so I chose to attend Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, where I graduated from in June of 2008 with a B.A. in Sociology. During my final year at Knox, I discovered my love for education. I had always enjoyed spending time with children, but it wasn't until I had the experience of teaching a group of young students dance that I really became interested in becoming a teacher.
I plan to go back to school in the near future to earn a Master's degree in Teaching. I am very grateful for the opportunity to gain unique experience in the field of education as a member of the staff at the British School of Chicago, and I look forward to learning as much as possible. I am very excited to share my enthusiasm and passion for education with my fellow staff members, parents, and of course, students. I look forward to a wonderful school year!
