Noah Lambert started playing the trumpet at the age of ten in Olympia, WA. Noah moved to Chicago, IL in the Fall of 2003 to study at the Chicago College of Performing Arts (CCPA). Noah currently performs as principal trumpet of the Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra and regularly with the Chicago Civic Orchestra. Noah also participates in the Chicago Civic Orchestra's MusiCorp program, performing with the Community Brass Quintet; the quintet presents various concerts through-out Chicago schools and parks. Noah has performed with many groups all over the country including: The Asheville Symphony (NC), Northwest Indiana Symphony, Chicago Civic Orchestra, The Milwaukee Orchestra, Ohio Light Opera, Rockford Symphony (IL), South West Michigan Symphony and the South Bend Symphony (IN). Noah has also attended many music festivals including: Eastern Music Festival (NC), Las Vegas Music Festival, and Marrowstone Music Festival (WA). This summer Noah attended The International-Festival Institute at Round Top, TX for his second summer as a young artist.

Noah has won or placed in many solo and concerto competitions including: the Eastern Music Festival Concerto Competition, Tacoma Youth Symphony Concerto Competition, Washington Music Educators Solo and Ensemble State Contest, Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra Young Artist Competition, and the National Trumpet Competition. As a soloist Noah has performed with among others: Eastern Music Festival Orchestra, Tacoma Youth Symphony, Skokie Valley Symphony. Noah will perform J.S. Bach's Brandenberg Concerto No 2 this spring with the Skokie Valley Symphony. Noah has a Bachelors Degree in Performance from CCPA at Roosevelt University, and his Masters Degree from Northwestern University. Next fall Noah will return to CCPA to pursue a Professional Diploma in Orchestral Studies. Noah has studied with Ben McDonald, Mark Niehaus, Channing Philbrick, Barbara Butler
