Samantha Fu

Samantha Fu, a native of Canada, began her musical studies at the age of 5, with piano lessons, and then later at the age of 9, with flute lessons. She enrolled in the Toronto Royal Conservatory of Music examinations program and received the ARCT Performance Diplomas in Piano and Flute in 1996. She completed her Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in Flute Performance at the University of British Columbia, Canada in 2001. Samantha later went on to complete a Master of Music degree in 2006 and a Professional Diploma degree in 2008, majoring in Orchestral Studies at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University, under the guidance of Dionne Jackson.
