I was born and raised in Belleville, Illinois, and moved to Chicago a year ago. I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis Finance and Banking in May 2006. While in college I studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia, and traveled all over the country.
Prior to working at the British School of Chicago I worked for a bank as part of their management training program. I decided to make a career change early in life and joined the British School of Chicago at the end of the second term last year to help prepare me for a career in education. I am currently working on my Masters of Education at DePaul University and plan on graduating in June 2009.
I can’t wait to use what I have learned at the British School of Chicago in my own classroom one day, and I am very excited to back this year and to be part of the Magical Monkeys!
